Developmental Coaching

A space to grow, with purpose and support

Developmental coaching offers a private, dedicated space to explore the gaps, blocks, or questions standing between you and your next evolution.

It’s a confidential relationship grounded in curiosity, compassion, and accountability—designed entirely around you.

When you invest in a coach, you’re choosing to actively create the life you want with a guide who supports both your clarity and your courage.

When to consider coaching

You’re feeling the pull to grow—within your character, your life, or your leadership. You sense there’s more to express, explore, or embody, but you’re not sure how to get there.

Coaching offers skilled support from someone outside your day-to-day life: a trained partner who helps you listen more deeply, explore your patterns, and take action on what matters most. This isn’t mentoring or advice. It’s a guided discovery, like stepping into your own personal laboratory.

What to expect

  • A brief connection call to feel out our mutual fit

  • An intake session to understand your priorities, current experience, and gaps

  • 60-minute remote coaching sessions that go deep and workshop new possibilities

  • Between-session support via email

  • Practices and routines to help you center and grow

Who I am

I’m an experienced digital product designer by profession, and a trained developmental coach through Aletheia, a mindfulness-based coaching school. For the past five years, I’ve worked at a VC-backed leadership coaching company in San Francisco.

My approach draws from a wide foundation: Aletheia’s mindfulness and parts work, mindset and behavior change from Tony Robbins and Byron Katie, and the Enneagram. I have personal experience with the neuroplasticity of psychedelic medicines, traditional therapy, Zen meditation, and breathwork. I’ve learned that integrated growth happens by also embracing the body, through years of weight training, Krav Maga, yoga, and running. Outside of work, I volunteer at retreats that cultivate emotional literacy, accountability, and integrity.
