Like Humans was a consultancy that helped leaders align their organization with the intrinsic motivations of their team – a positive vision for human systems.
During the research and development phase, I joined to contribute core IP/theory, develop the brand, and deliver client work. We focused on surfacing qualitative insights about organizational cultures and training interpersonal communication skills to drive alignment and collaboration.

Like Humans’ core insight used self-awareness and organizational consulting to improve communication and relationship on teams. We saw that by increasing self-awareness, empathy, and open feedback, greater collaborative effectiveness was possible.
With the opportunity to create a brand concept communicating our consulting practice, I created a generative narrative and materials to help people consider their self-awareness and relationship to their own values.
Our consulting work with clients was transformative and gratifying.
